net_radiative _flux - 5 min average

Radiative flux is the sum of shortwave and longwave radiative fluxes, measured at a height of 2 m above ground, averaged over 5 min interval with time label at end of bin. Quality control is performed on both datasets from the double mast system. The combined time series is calculated as an average of the 2 sensors, or if data is missing from 1 sensor the other used in conjunction with a regression. Sensor model changes: 2011-08-29 CNR1; 2019-06-13 CNR4 (Kipp and Zonen).
