Outgoing longwave radition, measured at a height of 2 m above ground, averaged over 5 min interval with time label at end of bin. The instrument response integrates over the whole downward-looking hemisphere. Quality control is performed on both datasets from the double mast system. The combined time series is calculated as an average of the 2 sensors, or if data is missing from 1 sensor the other used in conjunction with a regression. Sensor model changes: 2011-08-29 CNR1; 2019-06-13 CNR4 (Kipp and Zonen).
